Large, clear yellow with slightly reddish-orange blush. The creamy yellow flesh is crisp, tender, juicy and subacid in flavor with tender flesh and waxy skin.

Fresh Eating or Cooking

Harvest: 

Ripens late September to early October.

 

Pollinators:

Brown Snout, Ambrosia, Akane, Gala, Honeycrisp, Golden Delicious, Northern Spy

 

White flowering crabapples are also good pollinisers for this variety.
