Description: 

Medium to large green to golden apple with a light brown blush. Tangy flavour. Crisp firm cream coloured flesh. Stores well.

Also known as: 'Albemaria Pippin', 'Green Winter Pippin', New York Pippin and 'Virginia Pippin

 

Uses: 

Multi use apple: fresh eating, pies, sauce, cider.

 

Harvest: 

Mid to late season,  late September.

 

Pollinators:

Partially self fertile but 'Akane' 'Cortland' 'Cox's Orange Pippin' 'Cripp's Pink' 'Dolgo' 'Gala' 'Honeycrisp' may improve pollination.
