Description: 
Brock is an apple variety developed in Maine.  It is a cross of Golden Delicious and McIntosh. Brock apples are a fabulous all around apple. Large fruit is pinkish-red over a cream background. Apples are full flavoured, low acid, sweet, and store well.
 
Uses: 
Good all purpose apple
 
Harvest: Early to mid, Ripening in September.
 
Pollinators: 
Cripp's Pink, McIntosh, Yellow Transparent, Vista Bella 
White flowering crabapples are also good pollinisers for this variety.
