This maple is known for its vibrant, changing foliage throughout the year. It emerges bright purple red in spring and turns to deep purple in the summer, and then displays outstanding scarlet red or orange-red fall colors
The name 'Oshio Beni' translates to 'Large Red Tide' perfectly describing this large shrub/small tree. One of our favourite purple leaf cultivars.
