Packham pears have white to ivory-colored flesh with a creamy, sweet, and juicy taste. Suited for eating fresh, poaching or baking. They can be served sliced, mixed into green salads. They can also be layered on cheese boards with nuts along with other fruits, used in smoothies or topped with vanilla ice cream.
