Description: 

Small to medium sized cone shaped apple with cream coloured, firm and crisp flesh.  Flavour is best described as spicy/sweet.

 

Uses: 

Primarily eaten fresh but can also be used for baking. Adds a nice touch to salads.

 

Harvest: 

Late season,  Mid October.

 

Pollinators:

Partially self fertile but 'Akane' 'Cortland' 'Cox's Orange Pippin' 'Cripp's Pink' 'Gala' 'Newton Pippin' may improve pollination.
