A disease-resistant apple variety highly prized by home growers for its excellent, Honeycrisp-like crispness, sweet-tart flavour, and exceptional resistance to apple scab

It has a rich flavor, with just enough tartness, orange-yellow flesh when fully ripe. Small to medium apples.

Uses:

Best eaten fresh out of hand, and used in salads
