Lance-shaped, pale green leaves that are also slightly curled, turning golden in autumn.
Yellow catkins appear in early spring before the leaves, attracting bees.
Young stems are yellow-orange, deepening to red as they mature and become more intense in colder weather.
Excellent for winter gardens, focal points, wet areas, and for cutting stems for creative floral designs.
