Description:  
Red apple striped with light green and yellow. Cream coloured flesh (sometimes with streaks of red) is crisp and firm. Complex flavour including hints of vanilla, cherry and molasses. Moderatley acidic.  Keeps well. Hardy and long lived even in harsh conditions.
 
Uses: 
Eating fresh, pies, sauce.
